Complaints: Non-conform deliveries should be protested within 5 working days after delivery. If not, the goods are considered to be accepted. Inco-terms: All transportation costs are at the expense and risk of the buyer, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Payment: Our prices are net prices. They need to be paid into our account without discount before any delivery can take place. Any delay of payment will be charged with a legal delay interest of 1% per month, without any further notice, until full payment of the invoice is made. If the invoice is not paid on the due date, we also have the right to augment the amount due with a fixed charge for late payment, unrelated to the aforementioned interest charges, and without any further notice. This indemnification is set at 10% of the amount due, with a minimum of € 250,-, excluding any collection costs, which will also be charged to the buyer. In case of an incomplete payment, we reserve the right to put on hold all further deliveries until all charges are fully payed. If the invoice is not paid on the due date, all unpaid invoices become claimable, even if their due date has not passed yet, disregarding all previously awarded payment conditions.

Detainment of property: All goods delivered remain our property until full payment of charges has taken place.

Governing law and Jurisdiction: Our terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. The competent court in Tongeren has exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes concerning invoices and their legal terms.
