Laser cutting
Up to 25mm thickness and max. dimensions 4,000 x 2,000mm.
We only work with TRUMPF machines: the N° 1 in laser technology, capable of cutting and engraving thick and thin plates with exceptional precision and finish. The automated loading and unloading increases the operating speed and, thus, the lead time of orders.
Some special features:
- Cutting accuracy up to 0.03mm
- Low-oxidation and burr-free pieces by cutting under high pressure
- Very small holes possible (up to 0.4 times the sheet thickness)
- Scratch and deformation-free surfaces due to automatic distance and process control
- Low heat input: preheating is not necessary

Extra within CEVAN Metalworks is a separate laser machine that cuts parts that meet specific automotive requirements for Audi, Bentley, Mercedes, Porsche and VW, among others.
We offer advice about laser engraving, micro-joint connections and other cost-saving measures.
Optimization software reduces the waste percentage favourably for price and the environment.
CEVAN Metalworks processes, among other things, Hardox® wear plates and materials such as Raex, Dillidur, Dillimax and Strenx. Many of these sheet materials are directly from our own stock.
